Interesting article about an electric Class 7 truck . Begs the question, are electric powered heavy duty pickups...ready for HD towing service... far behind ? Range right now is somewhat limite...

What about the pollution required to make and then dispose/recycle of the batteries? We will have to create more power plants to produce more power thus more pollution from the plants. On top of that our outdated electric infrastructure probably couldn't handle mass fleets of electric powered vehicles. Great concept but there is always a down side.
