No, making a Tesla battery does not equal eight years of driving an internal combustion car.
Yep, "Fake news", "alternative facts" or just plain lies. That first link is to wattsupwiththat.com, a notorious climate-change-denial website. There are numerous rebuttals to all their claims/lies on the internet. I wouldn't believe anything they post without confirmation from a more reputable source.
As to whether electric trucks are feasible, time will tell.

Aparently Tesla's plans are for a truck with 200-300 mile range.
