Because my PG&E 3 day blackout turned into a 5 day blackout last year. Just like a 1 hour blackout can turn into a 1 day blackout.
FYI a dam near my house is scheduled for demo. Fish concerns. This is going on in a lot of places.
Remember, nuke and FF make up 90% of the electricity made in this country.
