Maybe I'll have a hybird or electric car in the future. I've certainly been critical of the EPA over the last 50 years. But I've never forgotten my first drive in LA 50 years ago when my eyes were running tears due to pollution as I drove down the freeway and DW and I wondered why LA tolerated this.
