Electric vehicle mandate in California

I certainly get it which is why I keep both cars above half full. Most people don't have the option of additional fuel storage and there have been significant fuel shortages. As more homes/business add solar then charging when the sun is out is cost effective verus selling the energy at wholesale and paying retail at night.

In areas of higher risk having a backup would be a good idea and not just for transportation - ie Are you prepared?
