Around here, I still had to pay sales tax, but the dyed fuel pay no road tax. And I have seen them set up to sample the fuel in pickups in farm country.
For disaster evacuation, are we assuming that now, anybody that owns a EV will only have 1 car in the family? And by the time the mandate is in place rapid chargers will not be widespread?
