All interesting discussion. My Bolt EV now has 4750 miles. It is one of six vehicles in the fleet. It makes sense for local driving. It is not environment thing since I can see the coal going into the power plant within 10 miles of my porch. The reason I have it is because I needed a daily driver for one of the family members. It does not get roadtrip miles, as Michigan does not have a great charger network where I go, from where I live.
As a side note, it will beat a F350 diesel in a drag race.
