Electrical question

I have a 2018 Palomino Puma 32RKTS and have a question about electrical. I connected my portable generator the other day (30amp) and all my a/c outlets inside and outside the rv worked fine along with all other items that use electricity. When I removed the generator and switched to the 12volt battery, none of the electrical outlets worked, but all the inside led lights, awning lights and slides worked on battery. The inverter screen is showing 12.3vdc, 00.4amp, and 113vac.

What would cause this? Thanks....

    Dunno about your inverter, but if a full charge is only reading 12.3 volts your battery is shot and needs to be replaced.

    Post a picture of your inverter control panel maybe?

    It's an inverter. The GFI works fine on generator power, but not on battery&inverter power.

    What is the inverter make and model number? Is invert function enabled?

    If the trailer has a residential fridge the inverter might not power anything except the fridge.

    are you sure the trailer has an "inverter" and not just a charger?

    Next, many inverters have a GFI on the output, depending on how yours is configured it's possible the GFI tripped, hence no 120V to outlets.
