electrical service size (amperage)
So... while reading another thread here, it got me wondering what size service (30 or 50 amp) is on my new trailer. I haven't taken delivery yet so I can't check the unit itself and its not something...

I would agree with this. Nothing you have listed indicates that the unit has, or needs, 50 Amp service. The 55 amp on the converter is the DC output. It probably only draws 6 or 7 amps on the 120V side.
