You don't show where you are but if there's a LesSchwab near you they will sand blast and powder coat your wheels (both sides) for $25 per wheel. The have lots of colors (incl. white) and the work is first rate. I don't know if that price includes dismounting and mounting.
I had it done to some wheels on a vintage car when I bought new tires for it and was very happy with the results.
I'm in the same boat as you; my present white wheels look shabby.
I'm either going to get them powder coated or better yet, I'm leaning towards some nice new aluminum wheels next season.
