Elixir Converter/Charger issues

My Elixir converter/charge controller seems to be charging my battery to 15 VDC now. I monitor the battery voltage religiously and unplugged the TC when I saw this.

What's the best replacement for a 25 A Elixer POS?

    I was just looking at Best converters site , shopping for a new PD for my fifthwheel and noticed they have some links to how to conversions , also direct replacement for your converter in the column on the left ,here

    I replaced the Elixir in my Phoenix with a WFCO because it fit in the space available. The PD was too big. The WFCO was better than the Elixir but it would not go into smart mode.
