Emissions check engine light on 2013 Chevy 3500 Duramax?

After about a half tank towing on the freeway all day my check engine light came on and the manual shows it to be emissions related. Diesel cap is ok, I'm guessing bad batch of diesel (truck stop). I ...

From reading on the diesel place site the Nox sensors will cause that. They (dealer) usually start off by pulling the wires and cleaning up any dirty conections.

The 2011 had some DEF heaters go bad but I believe they have fixed that problem.

I'm sure it's something small and best of all covered under your warranty !
