When I went to a locking style fuel cap and I got the check engine light. I used Onstar and it was a faulty NOX sensor code. I called the service department they said to tighten the cap good and drive the truck. The light cleared after about 25 miles of driving - no issues since.
I installed an Edge Insight CTS in the truck. I can check and clear codes with it. I cleared the stored code after I installed the CTS. It is a monitor only so the engine warranty is not impacted. I monitor boost, turbo outlet temp (pyro 4), transmission temp, engine coolant temp and DFP soot loading (DPF regen starts at 43 grams of soot).
Installed the Edge instead of installing boost and pyro pillar mount gauges like I had on my 2005 D/A.
