Looked up the RPO codes and it's supposed to have a 10 gal. natural gas tank somewhere but can't see it yet.
The 10 gallon tank would have been a shipping tank, intended for replacement with a much larger tank by a final upfitter. You
should have a hose for that somewhere behind the cab, but who know how much was removed when the tank was pulled. If there's no extra holes in the bed, it probably never went through final stage up-fitting. If the NG system was never used, its unlikely to work now, unless they were careful to cap everything air-tight. But then you'd have to find a public CNG fill station. There's not many, and most trucking companies running NG have now switch to LNG because it performs closer to a diesel than CNG.
