I would only consider a 6.0 PSD with over 200,000 miles as a donor truck to receive a Cummins 5.9L replacement.
Most of the cutaway chassis E450s I've been browsing with over 200,000 miles have Ford reman engine in them, or they are selling for near-scrap prices (think under $3500 for the running chassis, or $1500 for a rolling, not running, 6.0 chassis).
I've had customers scrap their 6.0 truck with less miles than that because they were facing $7,000+ repair bills.
