I have a 1997 F250 Powerstroke with 250,000 miles and it sill looks and drives like new. It all depends on maintenance and how well you care for your vehicle. A blanket statement basically saying that any vehicle with over 200,000 miles on it is worn out is simply showing your lack of knowlege on the subject.

I'd still pass. 202,000 miles on the windows, the seats, The wheel bearings, the brakes, the bed, the paint, The steering linkage, the radiator, the fuel lines, the trany, the electrical system.

The engine may be ok. But the rest of the truck is worn out.
