Initially the rear electrical cord sounded good (makes it much easier for dealers, that's for sure)
But if your TC has a long overhang, it means crawling under it to plug in.
So the choice come to-
One time cut a hole in the front of the bed and connect to the wires that are provided on most trucks. Plug the TC in each time while standing.
-OR-
Each time crawl under the TC to hook up.
BTW, this might have an interesting side-effect if all other manufacturers go this way. Will Lance and their unique 6 pin interface be forced to supply adapters or change to the new industry standard?
