EPDM roof 14 years old and wore out, now what ?!

Last year I restored the 20 year old EPDM roof on our Southwind.
It had a lot of black exposed.
I covered the seams with Eternabond and Dicor self leveling lap sealant.

After washing the roof, with Tide powder detergent, i applied two light coats of Heng's Rubber Roof Coating.
It looks good and held up to sun,wind, rain, snow and ice.

You can E/bond the entire roof but, why? Restoring with Heng's, or the coating of your choice, is much easier and a lot cheaper.
