The stuff really works and it's pretty easy. I power washed then scrubbed the existing with "Crud Cutter" from Home Depot. Cut in the edges with a paint brush then use a paint roller on the roof. Make sure you run the stuff through a bag style paint strainer first since it is very chunky. I put down 4 light coats over two days. I think I used about 1.5 gallons. I touched it up with one coat after three years. It's been 5 years now and will do one coat next year to maintain. Has not peeled, cracked, chipped. I highly recommended it.
