Going with the theory everything comes in 3's your safe now. 2 belts and a tranny makes three :).
Best of luck with the new rig. At least all this didnt happen in the middle of an official vacation.
I like the way you think:B
Planning a quick shakedown getaway to Bartlett Lake in the Tonto national forest this weekend. Only about 45 min from home and just outside Cave Creek AZ. Can set up right on the lake and get a little fishing in. I need to figure out how much propane the refrigerator burns when running on gas. I really like having a Propane Gen Set. Nice back up to 12V systems also being in AZ for a large portion of the year AC is required. The onboard gen set on the 96 is much quieter then the Remote Generac unit I was lugging around for my 94.
A little more on the TC. I swapped out the propane tanks with the newer tanks out my my 94 caribou. I replaced both with new tanks over the last couple of years. The tanks in the 96 were original and could not be refilled any longer. Lines were old and brittle as well. The new lines off the 94 came in handy as well. Thinking of getting 1 of the tanks revalved and certified to have a 3rd 30LB tank. When I camp longer term I would like to have the extra tank. I pull a large utility trailer (202 M105A3)with ATV and way too much camping gear. You know all that stuff you don't need until you need it. Like an extra 60 gallons of fresh water.
Once the weather warms a bit a couple weeks are planned. Hoping trout is on the menu a few nights a week.
Now I just have to decide who to donate the rest of the 94 TC to.
