equalizer adjustments
From what I learned in an earlier thread, I added another washer to my equalizer to attempt to distribute more weight to my front axle of truck.
Only problem is after I did this I took measurements and I actually was distributing too much weight to my front axle, as my tape measurement show it was lower than what it usually is when not hooked up to trailer.
I then decided to try the "L bracket adjustment". As stated in my manual, I raised my L bracket one notch, and removed a washer. Tape measurement now shows that I restored ALL weight back to front axle of truck, but now the problem is my Equalizer bars are not parallel with frame of trailer. They are moderately pointed upward, towards the trailer.
Is this a problem?
