ZeeLet50: I wish your shank would work. I need 6" of drop though. The curt shank I ordered looks like it will work.
opnspaces: Towing the TT 2" high doesn't seem to cause any problems. The only problem is the TT is not level when stopping for the night without unhooking. I just know that it should be level.
