I have seen an increase in MPG using non ethanol, but I am not sure about the energy difference. From what I have heard it has more octane thus allowing the ability for higher compression which in turn can result in more power. I am not talking about everyday use, but energy wise. I don't know if it is true because I read it on the internet.
