Thank you both for the advice. My intention is that once the insurance company decides they are going to repair the truck, I'll talk to the the service advisor about doing a thrust-angle alignment after the suspension is repaired. The service tech is still looking at truck. It had to sit outside for a couple of days until they had room in the shop for it.
