It's still in the shop. They had it all back together once, and took it to the dealer's truck shop to have a thrust-angle alignment done. Just as I feared, the rear axle housing was bent. You couldn't tell it by looking at it, but the the alignment machine showed the angles to be out of spec. So, had to get another axle (used) and the plan is to put the internals of mine in the new/used housing, and then do another alignment to make sure it's straight.
The first attempt to get another axle resulted in the wrong type (8-lug) being sent. Mine is a 10-lug Dana 110. Another one is supposed to show up today.
The bed and fenders have been replaced with a take-off bed they got from some place in Texas. I saw the bed before they painted it, and it was in perfect shape. No rust or dents at all. It's now been painted and Rhino-lined, and is back on the truck.
The rear springs (main and overload), sway bar, shocks, all attachment hardware and the exhaust from the muffler back has all been replaced with new parts.
The one thing I'm still unsure about is whether any of the wheels got bent. I was just about to replace the rear tires before the accident anyway, so I've told the service adviser that when the truck goes back to the dealer for the alignment, I want them to sell me four new tires. That will force them to put the wheels on a spin-balance machine. If any of them are bent, they'll find them then.
