I remember seeing some discussion on the forum in the past.
The idea is to create Venturi effect that will dilute exhaust before shooting it above the roof.
Typical DIY is attach 3-4" dia ABS pipe to the side of RV and extend small pipe with elbow shooting the exhaust in the center of big pipe.
