I have a 2009 Expy and pull a 29' bunkhouse a little shorter than yours. I believe my TT weieghs a little more though. I travel light with nothing in the water tanks and only the familly in the Expy. I do wish I had a TV with higher payload sometimes, but the reality is that a new TV is not in the budget and it needs to be my daily driver as well.
I had a couple of white knuckle pulls early on, but now that I have the Equalizer dialed in, I really have no issues. My tow is rock solid up near 70mph. Usually I set the cruse at 63 and enjoy the trip. Just be mindful not to take a bunch of stuff you dont need anyway and enjoy yourself.
