We start looking for a new 5th wheel in january
After a few weeks and visiting this forum we start looking from online dealer
Their price seemed better.
Luckily i am traveling a lot and was going just 250 miles from the internet dealer
I went there and visited them.
I found out that they are really good at online selling but person to person was not as good.
I am not saying that they are bad but not as good.
but the most interesting is that when i went and visited the unit i found out that the unit offered were not the same quality as the local
When i asked the question about who will fix problem and service it they gave me the address of the local i was already shopping with. What i learned is that the local will do the service but in busy time you will be served last as they always prioritize their customer
What i also found out is that the local can get you the same deal but it take at least 5 to 6 visits for them to reach their bottom price.
Just bought the RV today and went local. I feel the price i got is even better than the online but who knows
Also just to mention that in a 50 miles radius we have more than 20 dealers
