Geewizard..thanks for the key word search line. I hadn't used quite the same wording and yours came up with a winner. From Red Line.

That would do ever so nicely. I have an E off to them and we'll see.
I have a hitch receiver but I am not certain any of the trays I have seen would withstand even 60-70lbs' bouncing around back there. The backlash/whip on the rear is huge. Your thoughts on that?

I have a front receiver hitch for my spare tire that must weigh about 60-70lbs total with tire. With a cheap standard hitch pin, it would flop around and clunk and bug the hell out of me. I got a
J-pin anti-rattle pin, drilled another small hole in the hitch for the J-pin part, and that was the end of that!
I liked the J-pin so much that I did the same for my rear receiver hitch and put an end to the clunking when I towed my boat. I can attest to how well these pins work after a long trip up and back on the Dalton Hwy. Not one clunk....
I would follow the advice of trailgranny50 if, or in addition to, the J-pin doesn't solve the issue of the tray flopping around.
Hope this helps.
