Extra large dinette vs. separate dinette and couch

So...what are the opinions of one arrangement over the other? I can see if you really need the extra sleeping capacity of both dinette and couch convertible beds. Are there other reasons one would b...

Yes. I guess it would be considered a large, long couch with two tables.
Do you currently have,or have you had one of these layouts? What is uncomfortable about them?
I honestly don't know as I've only looked at the more conventional separate sofa/dinette models.
