There are a few brands offering that style of extra large lounge/dinette. They all have sofas that convert to beds, but I have never seen or heard of anyone using the bed. Usually only one part in the middle turns into a bed.
That pic above is from a Cruiser RV Enterra 312. Be careful of that relatively new floorplan with island kitchen. They tend to restrict access to pantry, fridge, bathroom, etc with the slides in. This Enterra seems like one of the better ones over the Kodiak 300 for example.
Cruiser is starting to offer this "Mega Lounge" on Shadow Cruiser, Radiance, and Enterra lines. Open Range ha it on the Light line. Forest River Surveyor 305 has it. It seems like a good idea to me for larger families. I do not think the dual tables are very big and I'd have to bring some folding chairs to have people it across from each other for games, conversation, etc.
