Extra large dinette vs. separate dinette and couch

I was referring to the actual couch. Don't quite know what the pic is considered. Best thing about getting a couch is if you dont like it its easy to replace with an non OEM unit from a funiture store providing you can get the correct size. DW made this option a must have and I agreed.
