As long as only one actually blows up, it's no problem. As long as you can get the trailer to a tire store, you're good. Just replace both there.

I'm always been accused of being overly cautious so I may just throw another in the truck bed, although the only extra wheels and tires I have are 13s and the trailer uses 14s.
