If you want to use EZ-lube, make sure the hubs are warm (drive and brake, or sitting on the sunny side on a hot day, let the grease cartridge sit in a pail of very hot water for 15 minutes, then pump slowly while turning the wheel. It's really easy to ovepressure the seal and get grease in the brakes. Oh, and have 2 (3 if you have a tandem axle) full grease cartridges on hand before you start - it takes a lot of grease, a lot of pumps, and a lot of time.
Easier just to do a traditional hand repack, with the advantage that you also have a chance to find any obvious bearing problems like pitting or galling.
