Not all Ford 1/2 tons come with p-rated tires. My brothers 2013 Eco- boost for example is the heavy duty 1/2 ton combined with the max tow package, it came from the factory with load range E tires, it also has 7 lug wheels and a semi-floating rear axle. I know this for a fact.
