That was the Fusion and Cmax hybrid only, And it was because the EPA test has flaws, not because Ford cheated.
The EB engines have Eco, or boost. The great thing is the choice is at the whim of the driver.

The consumers that bought those CMaxes sure thought Ford cheated. The EPA test didn't have any flaws related to that issue either. Ford simply didn't test the CMax before making that mileage claim, which was revised down by 4mpg after it all blew over. They were implying inflated Eco-boost mileage too, which has also come to back earth. Regardless, the Eco-boost has proven it's capabilities (in my eyes) and does get reasonably good mileage. I'm beginning to lean toward one again myself.
