So far replaced all shocks with Bilstien 5100s, have the tires and wheels that came off the 14, so those have been ruled out. Using the exact same hitch, readjusted twice, and although the whole rig moves as one when passing/passed, and crosswinds, as it should, on uneven roads, the back end moves too much and causes the trailer to sway, and usually when over 65 MPH, so on smooth roads can do the speed limit, but on rough uneven pavement like concrete of I-80 in Nebraska, I have to reduce speed as it will squirm at random.
Other than that it tows the trailer fine, gobs of power, holds 6th gear in full lock at 70.
All in all I liked the 2014 much better, it was more comfortable, so much so I bought a 2012 FX4 seat to swap the bottom cushion out with in the 16, and even though they made the cabin wider, they made the console wider along with the doors being wider, so the drivers and passenger seats are the same size.
So, if looking at F150's 13-14 would be the ideal tow vehicle, not the 15+.
