Certainly you are unlikely over on combined axles or CVWR. So it's just in the setup. YouTube has some good videos on how to properly set up a WDH. Also your hitch mfg should have instructions for setting up your hitch even if you bought it 2nd hand.
Or maybe the spring rate is softer or at least more progressive. If it's squishy and squirmy, shore it up. That's what helper springs or airbags and a sway bar will do.
