It's the truck causing it, and no matter how much adjusting I can do, it is always there. Need to find out what can be done to the truck to correct it.
Buy a bigger hammer! The number one reason Ram list RV towing for 2500 and up is the frame and axles are made for towing. But the new 1500 Ram will follow suit and offer a HD tow and HD payload option with a six lug rear axle.
Personally I think it is a mistake but 80% of new truck buyers want a 150/1500 as they also use them as a daily driver too. They want the best of both worlds and that just doesn't work out usually.
To get a soft car like ride Ford and GM have to soften the suspension system which in turn will cause issues towing. Ram is the only manufacture offering a four corner air suspension system in a LD truck to date. It provides a great towing suspension and at the same time, the best empty ride of any truck on the market today.
When Mamma a I get back into a RV I will most likely go back to a 2500 or maybe a 3500. Depends on what size RV we get.
