I pulled one grade in particular that I became a bit "aware" of the temperature. After reading online, apparently these modern engines will heat the coolant up a bit more than older designs. Best I can figure, up to 220-225 is not uncommon and not out of expectations. That said, in the Rockies, I will usually be around 212-215 when climbing.
