The posters name should give you a clue. He hasn't yet responded to me though on how to fix the big azz rust holes in the dodges.
The repair process is actually fairly simple... You trade that truck in with the big azz rust hole in for a new truck.- All_I_could_affExplorerIf I recall correctly, the problem wasn't getting little Johnny's team to Dairy Queen under GVWR... The problem was only after adding a few Blizzards and banana splits to the bellies that the truck was overweight
- dodge_guyExplorer IIYears ago everyone laughed when they started to use aluminum cylinder heads, now everyone does. then they started laughing at aluminum blocks, a good majority are using aluminum blocks now! now everyone is laughing at an aluminum body! guess what everyone will be going to aluminum body`s. infact a lot of manuf have been using aluminum body panels for at least 10 years!

My guess? It's OP's attempt to take the focus off of the Ecodiesel thread by making fun of the new aluminum F-150. I guess it's working. ;)
There were high hopes the Ecodiesel would become the new fuel efficient minivan. But unfortunately little Johnny's teammates will need to find another ride to Dairy Queen because they are already overweight with just the soccer balls in the bed. :)
ROTFLMAO, now that was funny right there!!! A+ Mich! :B

You joke, but aircraft mechanics used beer cans to repair battle-damaged aircraft and other equipment during Vietnam. I worked on some of the equipment that came out of the war and it wasn't unusual to remove a panel and see an "Olympia Beer" label facing inward. - midnightsadieExplorer III think this aluminum truck might be ok, no body puddy replace the panel and your done. things change .some day they,ll be ALL PLASTIC.
