Just two months earlier, they were sure it was going to be Allison, but a brand new transmission that is a 9 speed.

Further searching brings back the rumors of the ZF. So who knows. But it does sound like some sort of update is in the works.
I honestly think that Cummins12V98 will blow a blood vessel if they put that "fake" Allison with the Cummins..... :B
HA, I simply will just keep my "Truly MD" transmission for a while longer. :B
