From what I understand your truck is at its limits best case scenario. Worst case scenario you are exceeding its limits.
Either way you have home work to do. What is the loaded weight of your trailer. No guessing get it weighed at a CAT scale.
What is the payload rating of your specific truck use door sticker not brochure or web site.
I understand you are frustrated,pissed off and upset however you need to back up and thoroughly understand the tow ratings before you proceed any further.
My initial thought is your truck is not up to the task. However lets verify the weights and ratings and proceed based on those findings.
