Of course, all of this information is easily found on the internet. You can download the manuals in PDF form, save them to the cloud somewhere, and be able to access them from your phone, tablet, computer, or anything else! I mean, who even keeps the papers anymore -- they take up the whole glove box! (I do keep the manuals, FWIW, but they are filed away at home somewhere).
Maybe GM knows what they are doing ...
To the OP, if you like your truck, I would investigate a little bit further. What you are saying doesn't really add up to me. If you already have the upgraded cooling package, you should be good for the weight you're towing, assuming your transmission is in good working order, at least to the point of avoiding dramatic mechanical breakdown, and there is something else wrong. Adding a second transmission cooler, if that is what they are saying, doesn't make any sense.
