I would get rid of that factory plastic bedliner. It may not be causing your issues, but it 'aint helping the matter. Get a bedliner mat that provide more friction between the the bed surface and bottom of camper.

I don't think you will find one truck camper owner that would approve of a plastic bedliner under a camper. If you are using Fastguns, they are spring loaded. I can imagine the camper moving back and forth the on the bedliner. Get a regular rubber mat for the bed, or go to Tractor Supply and get a rubber horse stall mat.
Well I guess I am the excpetion ... I have a plastic bedliner and I don't have any issues with it ... but then my TC is twice as heavy as the OP's so maybe it doesn't move around as it is rock solid. The rubber mat is a good idea but personally, I wouldn't ditch the bedliner ... simply put the mat down on top of the bedliner.
The E-rated tires was a good move although based on your weights, D rated would have served your needs as you will unlikely need to run your current setup at the full 80 p.s.i. and corresponding weight rating the E-rated tires are designed for. Try running 65 psi in the back and around 50-55 psi in the front. You will have to play with the pressures a bit to find your optimum combination ... I know I had to.
Lastly, check out the Sumo Springs (airless springs) for the back first, then maybe the front ... but not right away. I put Sumo's on my setup (back only) and all wrongs were righted. Search on Sumo Springs in this forum to read my issues and solution.
Good Luck ... let us know how it goes.
