It will not be $4500. Or even half of that for that matter! It'll be around $1000 for parts front and rear and another $1000 in labor. These are all plus minus a few dollars, but close enough for the Internet. And yes the difference is night and day!
Not $4500 for sure, except maybe at a dealership.
But not $2k either, unless you get a good deal on the absolute cheapest gears like Nitros and have an in with a good shop that works for cheap in a low cost of living part of the country.
It's a $3k job min. on average.
