Perhaps "Made in the USA" means something to the OP, but it's obvious it not important to you.
A new 6.7 PSD engine made by Ford is not "Made in the USA" its a Mexican engine. Having said that, it don't really matter now days with a global influence in production. Hell Spain, England, China, Japan and even Italy build good products be it with American know how or not. I suppose not being made in Texas is a insult to some, but not the vast majority or the world. What's next, where is the Apple watch made.... Not in the USA so I suppose it won't sell :R
Made in the USA means something to me and is very important... But spin it however you like if that makes you feel good.
BTW... I not a fan of painted bumpers either!
