F350 Super Duty vs 3500 Denali vs The Ike Pulling 30k lbs

They showed the GM at a point and mentioned it was doing 45 mph but the tach was at 2500 rpm. With all those gears there should have been a gear to put it in the 3500-4000 rpm range. Same for when they tested the 6.6 GM gas. I know,if floored either of those GM trucks would have down shifted another gear.
