f350 tire question

Hi
I own a 2012 f350 with 20" LT 275/65r20.
Question?
I found hancook RW 1 pike winter studded tires 275/65r20 mounted on harley davison 20 rims with dust cover and wheel nuts from a f350.

Would these fit my rims????? I assume so but was wondering about the harley edition caps and such????

Any comment on the rubber???? Living in calgary Ab I love dedicated winter tires and always ran them on my F150 but had 2 winters without on my 350 and don't care for my michelin ltx in snow and ice.
Thanks
  • Yes... I have a second set of rims that I'm mounting the tires on. I also like to be able to swap the wheels myself.
  • Sorry I'm obviously missing something. In your first post you gave the tire size of the studded tires and asked ..."Would these fit my rims?????"...and I tried to answer and offer an easier solution.
If you are asking if the Harley rims will fit on your axles, then the answer is yes, as long as they came from another Superduty that was 2005 or newer.
    Good luck
  • That is what I want to do but wondering if the Harley issue will affect this!
  • If they are the same size tire as you have stated (275 65 r20) for each then yes they will fit your existing rims. I still don't understand why you don't just run the Harley rims and tires that are already mounted in the winter and switch back to you current rims and tires in the spring?
  • They are being sold as tires on rims. i like the winter tirtes on seperate rims to mount myself.
  • Why not just mount the new tires and rims onto your truck?
  • Hi John
I also use 500 pounds of sandbags in the box but still nothing like the f150 with the blizzacks. I agree, the choice for full winter tires spec at 20" is limited.
Found the rubber and rims with one year of use and will jump on it if they fit.

Did you buy 4 rims for your winters or going to mount on the stock.
  • Also in Calgary. Don't know about the rims... But, I just bought those exact Hankook ipikes for my 2013 F350 platinum. From what I could read they seemed the best choice of the limited selection available.

I found the Michelin's were better in the snow once I put a little more than 500# of patio stones in the bed just above the rear axle. :)
