You may be over estimating your pin weight.
Average pin weight percentage runs in the low 20's. If you've got 7000 lbs of pin weight, that's 38 percent of your trailer's GVWR. At 25 percent, your pin weight would be around 4500 lbs. At 22 percent, it would be around 4000 lbs.
You should visit a CAT scale and get some accurate weights, with and without the trailer.
Check the GVWR on the truck, weigh it, and see what you've got for payload.
Air bags or supersprings, may improve the ride and stability, nothing will increase the ratings.
